C&D Inc. holds a 50.1% stake in Air Road Logistics. ARL leverages the advantages of its three shareholders to integrate the upstream and downstream resources of the logistics chain, and it is applying to establish a cargo airline and progressively build itself into a modern integrated logistics service provider.
Xiamen Modern Terminal Co., Ltd:
C&D Inc. holds a 37.5% stake in the company. Xiamen Modern Terminal owns a coastline for quays measuring approximately 913 meters long, and a terrestrial area of 420,000 square meters for quays, where 50,000-ton ships can be moored. Its annual throughput for break-bulk cargoes can reach 4.2 million tons, annual capacity for loading automobiles on the roll-roll shipment berths can reach 140,000.
Investing to Facilitate Industry Chain Extension and Arrangement
Sichuan Yongfeng Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd:
C&D Inc. holds a 40% stake in the company. The company has 2 domestic leading bamboo pulp production bases in Muchuan County and Xuyong County, Sichuan Province, with a total investment of approximately 2.5 billion CNY and an actual annual production scale of approximately 450 thousand tons.
Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Co., Ltd:
C&D Nonferrous Metal Resources indirectly holds over 89% stake in the company. The company is located in Yanggu County, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of copper cathodes.
Yingkou C&D Shenghai Non-ferrous Metal &:Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. | Yingkou C&D Shenghai Phosphorus Chemical Co., Ltd:
C&D Nonferrous Metal Resources indirectly holds a 51% stake in each of the two companies. Both are located in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. The former is constructing a copper smelting project with a total capacity of 600,000 tons; the latter is constructing a fertilizer project with a total capacity of 1.8 million tons in two phases respectively.
Jiangsu Zhongli Group Co., Ltd. (002309.SZ):
C&D Inc. holds a 20% stake in the company through its wholly-owned subsidiary. The core businesses include special cables and high-performance polymer materials, as well as the full photovoltaic industry chain. The products are primarily exported to more than 30 countries and regions.
Xiamen Zijin Tongguan Mining Investment Development Co., Ltd:
C&D Inc. holds a 14% stake in the company. The company’s main asset is the exploration and mining rights of the large-scale White River copper-platinum mine in Peru, with approximately 7.43 million tons of copper metal.
C&D Newin Paper & Pulp Corp., Ltd. (731.HK):
C&D Paper & Pulp Group holds a 70% stake in C&D Newin through its wholly-owned subsidiary. C&D Newin is listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Clearing Limited (HKEX), specializing in the manufacture of packaging paper products, and has a manufacturing facility located in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, with an annual capacity of about 420,000 tons.
